My current research explores the integration of the Incident Command System (ICS) into cybersecurity response protocols. By applying ICS principles, we can enhance cross-agency collaboration during complex incidents, ensuring faster, more organized responses. This study aims to demonstrate how structured frameworks can bridge gaps in communication and decision-making, especially when multiple stakeholders are involved.
